Ischia Functions Terms & Conditions
Functions will not be accepted on Friday and Saturday evenings, unless booking an entire venue/section.
For bookings of 20 guests and above, a set menu is required. Set menus are available for bookings of 10+ guests.
A $10 deposit per person is required to secure your booking or your creit card details.
Set menu modifications will incur a per person charge, the cost will depend on the substituted dish.
If you need to cancel your function and obtain a refund, please call us 48 hours (2 days) minimum before your function day.
Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will be charged based on the number of people in your booking. Cancellations made on the same day of the function will incur charges for the full number of people included in the booking.
Please book for all members of your dining group, including children, and inform us if you require a highchair or have a pram so we can allocate an appropriate space.
Children are welcome to order from the kids menu in place of the set menu.
Due to limited space, we cannot guarantee available seats for last minute additional guests to bookings.
Your table is reserved for a duration of 120 - 180 minutes. If you feel you need longer than this, please mention this in the ‘message’ box above or email us at eat@ischia.com.au
Any dietary requirements and special requests made will be catered for by the venue as best as possible.
Customers are welcome to supply their own cake, our staff will gladly cut, plate & serve the cake for you at $2 per person fee. There are also a variety of delicious cakes available on our dessert menu.
Split billing can be accommodated, however, please note the last guest must pay the remaining total of the bill.
Decorations are welcome, however, confetti is not permitted. We ask guests to please consider the limited space in the restaurant when planning decorations.
